This is an extremely rare Paleocene tooth from the Aquia Formation of Maryland. I know of only one other tooth of this species ever being found at this site (by Mike F.). This tooth has almost the complete crown but is missing a good portion of the root. Anyone else who thinks they have found a Loozi in the Aquia Formation of Maryland, please e-mail our web site and include a picture.
